Yes, remember that feeling of being overfull - perhaps it will register next time. Although for me (pre No S) - it wouldn't necessarily stop me. But now that the habit is ingrained again, it is a lot easier.

Such good GREEN work :!: I used to exercise at a minimum of an hour a day - usually to compensate for what I had eaten. :lol: Now it's an hour at the most. When I do for some reason move my bod more than that, I too, need to make meals more substantial. Looks like you've discovered that as well.
