Had Guilt-free pancakes. Pretty nice.

I might go for daily check-ins for the rest of the week. It's getting to be kind of difficult, but in other ways than I expected.

Day 1, Monday SUCCESS Had very light lunch, making it harder to stick to the "no snacks" rule. Not really a smart thing to do on the first day.
