Thursday, SUCCESS. I had to do a tasting at a venue where we'll be having an upcoming event today, which was lunch. So yesterday was a failure. Blah. Oh well. It was all about being too tired and somewhat stressed. Moving on. So, yesterday was a qualified success. I did not eat anything at the "party," but then got caught up in an IT disaster which precluded the eating of dinner. Well, that sucks. As you say, though, you're a lot less active than you used to be and have been forced to change your diet to deal with the allergies so there's probably a lifestyle learning curve that you need to deal with. 1. I also start S Days with my usual breakfast. I don't even do pancakes or french toast unless I'm out to brunch with friends (which I do pretty rarely).
