Thanks! It has taken several years to get to this point, and I have some specific goals that I am determined to achieve. I'm actually surprising myself with my determination. I didn't know I had it in me. I guess my stubbornness is good for something!

Thanks! I've been very conscious about using a bowl and not breaking the spirit of the "one plate". I just don't like salad on a plate, it gets all wilty. When I get uncomfortably hungry, I know that it's because I did not eat enough at the previous meal.
