Re: 6 months experiment accepted!

This is absolutely wonderful news! So glad for your positive changes. and am really envious (I write this to people all the time but don't do much about it) of your consistent workout schedule. Re: 6 months experiment accepted!

Re: 6 months experiment accepted!

It's been about six months. How has it gone? BTW, I don't mean to be a killjoy, but the odds of getting to thin from obese are really small in our environment. But getting from unhealthy to healthy is very possible. And thinness just might happen but it's a crushing expectation. It's the cultural h...

Re: 6 months experiment accepted!

Welcome & all the best for your 6 month experiment. As far as genetics goes, you probably already know that most modern health conditions with a genetic component also need the right (or wrong) environment to trigger those conditions. When I was a child, back in the 1960s, there was one fat kid in ...

6 months experiment accepted!

I came across the mention of No S on a old Reddit thread. The thread was about habit building. I checked the website out and instantly clicked with the writing style and purchased the book, simply because I enjoyed the writing style and transparency of the fact that the key points are in the website...
