This wednesday will be 4 weeks on the program. I have lost 10.6 lbs...However, this past weekend, I gained about a pound or so back. Maybe I overate a little bit, but I tried to be careful. My name is Steve, and I am very excited about eating this way. I am starting at 206.8 lbs. I am 5' 10" tall, and I am looking to knock off 25-30 lbs.
