Day 7 SUCCESS I am quite hungry this afternoon. I ate leftovers for lunch, maybe didnt quite eat enough? I also exercised some today so maybe thats why Im hungrier.

Well, after 2 S days, Im back on an N day today!

I had scrapple with sausage and canteloupe for breakfast

MY first S days turned out ok, there was quite a bit of on and off snacking, and I had sweets, icecream and stuff

I ordered the NO S book, Im hoping it comes today!

Thanks! Byron Richards in his book Mastering Leptin made it sound like it was almost not good or something if you didnt exercise perfectly timed with the 3 meals.

Hmm, for some reason I thought 9" was smaller than the standard Corelle plates. Let me look into it...
