Hiya Thanks for your response. My lattes/capucinnos are 'normal' sized. I have a nespresso machine so either make it with that or just heat some milk and add instant coffee. I dont add syrup ( only at Christmas and then I treat myself to a few gingerbread or cinammon lattes!) My problem is I get hom...

You need to find an exercise that you enjoy - so that you are enjoying it and not 'fitting it in' I highly recommend Zumba, and if you can get a friend to go too, you could make it a social thing. Also can you walk to work? I find walking much more enjoyable if it has a purpose - ie im exercising an...

Lattes..

Pls can anyone know if this would count as a snack...

I know its a drink, but its quite calorie dense and I tend to drink them when im a bit hungry/fancy something sweet. So I feel that I may be using them in place of a snack - is this a fail - or am I overthinking it?!

Thanks

Hi Jenny Isnt it crazy how much we used to snack?! And every time I actually thought I was hungry! 3 weeks in I've noticed that my rules are automatically carrying over to weekends - I just dont think about snacking as much. I agree with the article - you think it would be OK to indulge after a gym visit but it would take an hour and a half of solid running to burn off a wedge of choclate cake with butter icing! It doesnt help that the machines show very inaccurate figures for calories burned. I really recommend this li...
