I assume that I will drop another 4 pounds eventually, but if that doesn't happen, I will still be happy. My "best...

The "lite" bread that I use is 40 calories per slice, which is less than the usual 70 or so in regular bread. I began using it quite a while back because of the lower caloric level, but continued because the family prefers it to anything else I have bought. It is soft and fresh, and doesn't seem to ...

You can do many yoga positions with dumbbells, and I betcha they could all/mostly be adapted to the shovelglove. Amazon has it: http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/15948620...

We have two cats here. The older one (she's 17) knows enough to keep her distance, but the younger one (he's only 10), has to be right there where the action is. He is my ExerCat and likes to sit on my stomach when I do crunches, or wrap himself around my head when I am laying on the exercise mat. I...

My need to feed has definitely lessened. When I began my No-S adventure, I was really filling up the dinner-sized plates three times a day. I was a little embarrassed a dinner with the family, because I felt like such a pig, putting so much food on the plate. But, it had to tide me over until the ne...

"No Name" is really just a bicep curl. Forget that your shovelglove has a handle on it...just hold onto the weight end. Don't swing; raise and lower. Feel your bicep kick in. You can do this with the handle pointing out, away from you, or with it lining up, along your arm. Don't fret over this move....

Nickel-sized prime rib? Given the price of beef at the grocery today, that's about the size I could afford! :( I use Corelle plates. A full-sized dinner plate is what I use for lunch, my big meal of the day. For breakfast and dinner, I use a luncheon plate, which is a little smaller. I, too, would r...
