Thanks so much Oliviamanda, wosnes, clarinetgal, oolala53 and KCCC for your responses and ideas - and also for the link to the other thread KCCC. Having read everything I am feeling a bit more relaxed about it. My plan is to stick to the No S rules but allow 2 or 3 S "events" each week but only if I...

Help please

My husband and I are going away in two weeks time on a three week road trip to South Island. Some of the places will be self-catering but mostly it will mean eating out. What does one do? I suppose I could try to stick to vanilla No - S that would be best, but it might be hard. My goal would be to m...

Hi there, HabitCal is at the top of this page, click on it and follow instructions. Just be aware when it says press the Show button, it is now the Load button! I just started two weeks ago and have found it very motivational! Good luck.

Hi I'm in too! Only problem is we are going away on 17 Feb for three weeks on a road trip to South Island, so I may not be able to post regularly, or indeed be good! But I'll do my best. February 1 - Success 2 - Success Weekly weigh in this morning, the SAME as last week, had hoped for a little loss...

Day 7 - Success Great, my first week has been good. Still feel quite hungry between meals so am eating slightly more but I think I will get used to it. In just under three weeks my husband and I are going on a road trip to South Island. Some self-catering but mostly eating out, so I am nervous about...

JR's daily check in

Well I started 6 days ago and have just been finding my way round this site and a daily check in seems like a good idea. I also got my HabitCal going. (Reinhard if you read this, at the start your instructions say hit Show but there is no Show, it's Load.) Day 1 - Success Day 2 - Success Day 3 - S d...

Hi, I'm new too, from New Zealand. Just started three days ago so had two N days and now on second S day. Feeling uncertain and nervous about this. Have tried at least 20 different diets many times in the last 45 years (I'm 62), so hope that THIS could be the one. I want to lose about 15kg (33 lbs),...
