Linda, I was thinking about this this morning. I think my time doing intuitive eating gave me some false beliefs about tracking food. I'm working on recognizing the false beliefs that have been holding me back and keeping me stuck.

Interesting thoughts on all the introverts here. I'm a mix for sure. Love to contemplate and write, but also love to socialize. I definitely get my recharge by being by myself though. I'm glad you've found some great new options for managing your stress these days.

Auto, I took two walking breaks during the day and I hit my goal! Didn't take long and it was very good to get outside. I'm using an older Fitbit so it doesn't remind me once an hour. I have a Charge 2 also that I might start wearing for that reminder.

Auto, I do really enjoy strength training. Especially doing DVD's or live classes. Just doing it at they gym, not so much! You're right that maintaining our muscle mass is so important for our health and strength and agility. The sun has been so lovely! A real mood-booster for sure.
