Day 9 - Success

I'm soon headed off to bed. Today was a successful day. My supper plate was really full, but over half of it was salad-a great salad, BTW. Saturday and Sunday went pretty well. Yellow days for eating; Exercised on Saturday, but simply didn't get to it Sunday.
