Any type of fruit goes well with pancakes ... you take the raw fruit and cut it up into lil' pieces, better than to buy the commercially prepared apple sauce (it has been tampered with since they add sugar and whatnot in there, chemicals !) .... nothing beats the real fruit that you prepare yourself...
