Thanks that helps. I think I will not worry too much about it. I ate so much better today than usual so that in itself was a change.

Thanks for the suggestions! I only bought 3 weeks worth which is the starter pack so I will see how it goes. I probably won't get another bottle just incase their are long term risks. I just started 3 days ago and eat about 20 fat grams per meal. I haven't had any digestive problems yet. I also take...

In fact lately I have been eating fast food every afternoon bc I am starving after school. These bars are supposed to fill you up and make you ea...

I think you just have to balance things out. Maybe pick one night Friday or Saturday to go out drinking but not both. Also make sure you eat when you drink so you don't drink as much. Also you could try low calorie beer such as Michelob Ultra or mixed drinks using diet drinks. Atleast drink water to...

Thanks for clearing that up. I think that muffins and granola bars are OK as along as they are part of the meal. Maybe y'all would disagree. If I had a lowfat blueberry muffin, bacon, and fruit I think that would be fine and pretty well balanced. A poptart for breakfast might be a different story! I'...

PB & J and cereal

I know that PB and J are allowed sometimes. This weekend I was sick and bought the uncrustables beacuse they were easy to take out of the freezer. They are basically 200 calories which is less than a sandwich made with PB & J so I was wondering if they would be OK for lunch each day with chips and f...

New to NOs board but not new to NOs.

Hey y'all I am new to the board. At the beginning of September when school started (I'm a teacher), I tried the NOs diet after stumbling on this website. It sounded doable. After two weeks I lost 10 lbs and cheated on the weekends alot! The only time I drank soda was on weekends and except for a Cok...
