Yeah, but some of us sit at work and are disabled as well, making activity more difficult. :roll: Well, I do ride my recumbent exercise bike and move around on breaks. All we can do is all we can do huh.

Just a "hmmmm". I just thought, I have had very little soda this past week also, I do drink diet only, but I wonder if drinking the tea instead has helped.

because I have MS and my balance is poor and I would end up on my face. HOWEVER :mrgreen: I had to check out the website and I have to say that it is hilarious!
