Great job! Make sure you are getting enough to drink. Also, I find if I don't eat breakfast, or just have protein, like an egg, I am less hungry. You are doing fantastic!

Down to 214. Should post more often, as it is motivating to see that I have lost weight this month. Don't know why, but I weigh every day, so sometimes it seems like the scale isn't moving. But I see I'm down 6 lbs.

Well, up a couple of pounds this week for some reason. I know I need to drink more water. And I did have ice cream a couple of times over the weekend, but they were S days. Will keep trying.
