Sometimes, when it gets really slow and I have nothing better to do.

I haven't eaten yet, but I'm thinking of some pasta salad. Don't know what else to have with it (I need to do some grocery shopping) so maybe I'll just have a lot of it.

I don't think it's a problem. I chew gum between meals because when I'm board I want to eat and chewing gum curves that. I did switch to more minty gum from the bubble gum flavor so I didn't feel like I was cheating
