Ya, I'm usually worn down by day 4 or 5. I'm thinking this gets better with time.

A few things

On the butter churn, I just go up al the way. Big time shoulder workout. I'm on my 2nd week and I started with a 10 pound hammer. I plan to wait atleast 6 weeks before making any changes.
